Founded in 1998 by Tim Stephenson and Ellen Miner, RaddOnline combines software applications, networks, databases and business processes into flexible systems that change the way businesses communicate and collaborate.
Building on a strong foundation of integrity, our team is focused on usability and open standards; the kind of intuitive, user-centered design that results from working in a cross-functional, supportive atmosphere that embraces change, innovation and respect!

Leadership
I’m Tim Stephenson, my partner is Ellen Miner. Welcome to our “Just Who Are These People?” page.
We co-founded a graphic design firm and rode the dotcom wave into the beach. Just before we landed it was clear if we wanted to catch another ride, we’d have to morph beyond design. So I figured out how to design killer apps. I’ve always been left and right-brained as they say. RADDOnline grew naturally. Apparently apps that look great and are easy to use are in high demand. It's been 10 years. Who knew?
Ellen, my partner, is a crackerjack in all manner of management and business relationships. She keeps me on course, and keeps all those who concoct our apps moving in the same direction. Her extensive experience coordinating people, leading projects, and reading the business tea leaves makes her an invaluable part of Team RADD.
Collectively, we’ve spent 13 years in college (we have all the paper to prove this) and have 42 years of work experience. Surprised? We’re also nice people. We complement each other’s strengths perfectly, so we aren’t surprised at our success. And we have confidence that we can help you succeed, as well. Give us a call. Let’s talk solutions.

Our office is located in Burlingame, California, approximately 15 miles south of San Francisco and easily accessible from Highway 101 and the San Francisco International Airport.
